ROYAL BRUNEI TECHNICAL SERVICES, Thursday, 8 September 2022 – Brigadier General (Retired) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abd. Kadir, Deputy Minister of Defence, made an introductory visit to the Royal Brunei Technical Services (RBTS) Headquarters.
Upon arrival, the Deputy Minister of Defence and his delegation were welcomed by management and staff of RBTS led by Muhammad Akmal Hanis Haji Jefri, Interim Chief Executive Officer of RBTS. Also present were Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Development and Maintenance) and Directors of Finance and Acquisition, Ministry of Defence.
The programme started off with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by a brief on RBTS and its operations as well as outlook. This was followed by a discussion on existing cooperation between the Ministry of Defence and RBTS as well as explorations of future support concepts.
The visit by the Deputy Minister of Defence reflects the excellent and long-standing relationship between the Ministry of Defence and RBTS and reaffirmed the commitment of both sides to further strengthen the much valued partnership.

TIMBALAN MENTERI PERTAHANAN MEMBUAT LAWATAN PENGENALAN KE KHIDMAT TEKNIKAL DIRAJA BRUNEI
KHIDMAT TEKNIKAL DIRAJA BRUNEI, Khamis, 8 September 2022 – Brigedier Jeneral (Bersara) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abd. Kadir, Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan, telah membuat lawatan pengenalan ke Ibu Pejabat Khidmat Teknikal Diraja Brunei (Royal Brunei Technical Services – RBTS).
Ketibaan Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan dan delegasi telah disambut oleh pengurusan dan kakitangan RBTS yang diketuai oleh Muhammad Akmal Hanis Haji Jefri, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif RBTS. Turut hadir ialah Setiausaha-Setiausaha Tetap, Timbalan Setiausaha Tetap (Pembangunan dan Pemeliharaan), dan Pengarah Kewangan dan Perolehan, Kementerian Pertahanan.
Lawatan dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah diikuti dengan taklimat mengenai RBTS serta operasi dan outlook RBTS. Ini diikuti dengan perbincangan mengenai kerjasama sedia ada antara Kementerian Pertahanan dan RBTS serta penerokaan konsep yang akan datang.
Lawatan Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan itu mencerminkan hubungan yang erat dan terjalin lama di antara Kementerian Pertahanan dan RBTS serta menekankan komitmen kedua-dua pihak dalam mengukuhkan lagi perkongsian yang amat bernilai itu.
