  • Develop and implement strategies for corporate services to support the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the corporate services team, including department managers and staff, to ensure effective operations and service delivery.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the corporate services unit, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and in line with organizational priorities.
  • Develop, review, and update corporate policies and procedures related to areas such as human resources, administration, facilities management, procurement, and more.
  • Ensure efficient office administration, including mail services, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to corporate services, including compliance with laws and regulations, safety, and security.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate service operations.
  • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives related to corporate services, such as process improvements or system implementations.
  • Develop and implement sustainability and CSR initiatives in alignment with the organization’s values and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field in business administration, management, human resources, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum six (6) year working experience in relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates can be important, as the corporate services unit will need to tailor its strategies and services to the organization’s needs and challenges.
  • The ability to think strategically and align corporate services with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Understanding budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
