Roles & Responsibilities, not limited to:

  • Conduct research to identify potential markets, customers, and industry trends.
  • Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects.
  • Use various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events, to generate leads.
  • Maintain a lead database and track progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop sales strategies and tactics.
  • Attend client meetings and assist in negotiations.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager or Director to create and implement business development plans.
  • Set measurable goals and objectives and track progress.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network of contacts.
  • Identify potential partners and collaborations to expand business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Explore new markets and geographical areas for business expansion.
  • Research and assess the feasibility of entering new markets.

Job Requirements: (Minimum Education/Qualifications & Experience requirement)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree may be
    preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years in related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
