Roles & Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Conduct research to identify potential markets, customers, and industry trends.
- Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects.
- Use various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events, to generate leads.
- Maintain a lead database and track progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements and ensure they are met.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop sales strategies and tactics.
- Attend client meetings and assist in negotiations.
- Work with the Business Development Manager or Director to create and implement business development plans.
- Set measurable goals and objectives and track progress.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network of contacts.
- Identify potential partners and collaborations to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Explore new markets and geographical areas for business expansion.
- Research and assess the feasibility of entering new markets.
Job Requirements: (Minimum Education/Qualifications & Experience requirement)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree may be
preferred). - Minimum of 6 years in related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
