BELTS is inviting interested local vendors to participate in the stated supply opportunities.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
Conditions of Quote
- Quotation must be sent via email to the specified BELTS email address.
- Any quote submitted and/or copied to other BELTS personnel’s email address shall be disqualified.
- All quotations must be submitted before the stipulated closing date and time. Any late quote shall not be entertained.
- Suppliers are required to submit their quotations using the RFQ form provided. Submission using supplier’s own document/letterhead is allowed. However, it should only be submitted as an attachment to the RFQ form.
Supplier Registration & Requirements
- Suppliers are required to register themselves as a Supplier with BELTS if they have not done so already.
- The Supplier Registration Form can be found at https://www.belts.com.bn/register-as-supplier/
- Only suppliers licensed in accordance with Medicines Order 2007 are eligible to participate in any tender or RFQ related to the supply of Medicinal Products.
